Lieutenant Bael - Spec. Guns

DEC trooper L-9/09586, or "Bael" is one of the 15 troopers making up the "Neopian 15"squad. He has a mild mannered personality, not too tempermental or annoying, just a trooper who loves to blow up things. He is also the team's Specialists Guns, allowing him to handle the big guns, much to Bael's joy. He is also one of the two troopers in the squad to carry a standard Neopian army carbine Blaster rifle, others being "Oleara", the Comms sergeant.
